Jordan Hall, Ohio State’s No. 1 Running Back, Out for 10 Weeks After Cutting His Foot While Walking Through Grass
Ohio State’s No. 1 running back, senior Jordan Hall, is out for 10 weeks after he cut his foot badly enough to require surgery. According to ESPN’s Joe Schad, Hall was walking through grass outside of his residence.
Meyer said Hall will be in a non-weight bearing cast for six weeks before rehabbing the injury for at least a month.
Hall has 817 career rushing yards, 405 last season, and was set to be the No. 1 back for the Urban Meyer-led Buckeyes. OSU will start camp in five weeks and don’t face an opponent they should have problems with – that includes Cal – until September 29th when it plays at Michigan State.
Until Hall’s return, the Buckeyes will rely on junior Carlos Hyde and sophomore Rod Smith. Hyde rushed for 577 yards and 6 TDs last season, Smith for 116 and 1 TD.

Hey – Stark – where you been. The Shamburgler’s been around for about 5 weeks now maybe.
Name has to be fake – just too easy.
