First Coast News of Jacksonville obtained video of Justin Blackmon’s arrest for aggravated DUI in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Blackmon was sporting an old #8 Kobe Lakers jersey sans undershirt, so at least he was in gear that we can endorse.

When asked about whether he is a beer or liquor drinker, Blackmon responds that he “is literally not a drinker.” Then he tells the officer that he drank that night, but that “this was the first time I’ve been here . . . in Stillwater.”

Blackmon, of course, had a prior DUI in Texas that resulted in a one-game suspension in 2010 while at Oklahoma State.
