Euro 2012: Shevchenko Double Gives Ukraine a 2-1 Win Over Sweden
Ukraine was not weak. Zlatan Ibrahimovic put Sweden ahead 1-0 in the second half, but Ukraine came back. Legend Andriy Shevchenko, 35 years old and barely fit, scored on two headers, giving Ukraine a 2-1 win in front of the home crowd in Kiev and a reasonable chance of qualifying for the knockout round. If this was the former A.C. Milan star’s swan song, it’s hard to ask for a better one.

Good thing the “magic spray” got him back up and going again. He seemed disoriented after he suffered a tackle – he couldn’t decide which knee to grab while wailing in agony.
