David Diehl’s family heritage is Croatian. The New York Giants offensive lineman wore a Croatia scarf last year while holding up the Lombardi trophy. He also traveled to the country during the lockout. So it was no surprise that he was rooting heavily for the Croats against Ireland yesterday, and enjoying himself after their victory.

However, he enjoyed the match a little too much, got into an accident on his way home, and was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
