Euro 2012: England Taunts France Across English Channel With “Roy the Redeemer” Statue
British gambling website Paddy Power placed a mock “Roy the Redeemer” statue on top of the famous White Cliffs of Dover. The statue, a sacrilegious  reference to the famous Cristo Redentor statue in Brazil, stands 108 feet tall and is visible from France. France and England face off in Group D at 12:00 ET on Monday.

Paddy Power isn’t British, their an Irish (and shitty) company.
Though I find it hilarious that the Irish built this for England. It’s like they’re facilitating the eventual England fall. Love it.
