This video is from an XFL event in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I know, the XFL is back? Awesome! The guy who threw the knee is an undefeated kick boxer named Randy Blake. They guy bleeding all over everything is Mike Sheppard. From News and Sentinel.com:

Earlier in the fight, Blake managed to open a gash above Sheppard’s eye via a knee and although trainer Leon Ramsey of Glenville’s Dawghouse Gym was able to treat it, the cut reopened up again in the fifth round, forcing the TKO.

Because you might not be a huge fan of blood and I couldn’t even show you the cut that caused all that leakage, here is a a video that PBS made of Mr. Rogers singing an auto-tuned song called “Garden of Your Mind.” It should be both inspiring and confusing. [via @BillVoth]
