Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver and former Oklahoma State star Justin Blackmon was arrested in Stillwater this morning for aggravated DUI, which is DUI with a blood-alcohol level higher than .15. Blackmon was the No. 5 overall pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Blackmon’s first DUI was one of those make-believe under-21 deals where he barely had any BAC but was pinched thanks to one of the many laws in the United States that discriminate against young adults.
But posting north of .15 on a breathalyzer? That’s not good at all.

Zero tolerance laws are actually really great. Drivers below 21 are second only to senior citizens in the worst driver rankings.
However, he was going 32 miles over the fucking speed limit when he got his first DUI. Cry me a river.
It’s amazing there hasn’t been a prominent athlete killed in a drunk driving accident yet. Rich people get all the breaks.

Still less of a wreck than the Flyers’ goaltending the last ten years.

Billy Martin, Josh Hancock, Steve Olin, Dan Snyder, Eddie Griffin, and a ton of other guys who’s incidents are reported as odd one man car crashes.

He plead not guilty today. He must have the same lawyer as Vilma. He’s as innocent as Vilma and the rest of the Saints.
