The man on the lawnmower is Charles Gray, a 69-year-old male from Wisconsin who likes to party and keep his lawn looking respectable. In this video an officer ignores his offer to “go around” and instead pulls him over in a Walgreens parking lot. A sobriety test revealed a .21 BAC, despite the fact that Gray told the officer he had only had one beer. What Gray neglected to mention was that he injected that beer directly into his veins using a Super Soaker. This was Gray’s 4th career OWI. [WTVR]
