Amazing scene. I will say the dude from Super Troopers/Beerfest making a cameo this week was great. He had some great lines too. The redeye line and the “if you want to torture me, don’t rip off my fingernails just feed me this crap.”

There’s no reason to watch the Discovery version. Best Buy sells the BBC versions. They dumbed it down because people are stupid

a fantastic marriage proposal

a high school friend’s son proposed to his girlfriend over the weekend by filming her at the family holiday cookout while she looked at his band’s advance copy of their new album (he fronts Miss May I) . he asked her in the cd’s liner notes and thank you section. i miss the olden days of hiring skywriters…

Last week’s episode was fucking brilliant. The one from two days ago was good, but not nearly as good as the two episodes before it.

Mike is awesome but I think Jonah is my favorite. His “I get 8s, consensually” line may have been the best of the season.

that was a great line but my favorite was “ma’am, you need to kill that dog…not literally, but if it comes to that, then yeah…you gotta kill that dog.”

I was considering shutting it off halfway through, not sure why I can’t get into the show but the awkwardness just doesn’t register as funny most of the time

Anybody ever watch Frontline? I’m a current events guy and I’ve always heard those were well done.

I’ve heard of it, but never watched it. Just did a quick google search, and wow, I’m really going to watch it from now. You can go to their website and watch previous shows, including a guy who spent 10 days with an Al-Qaeda cell. Damn work! I wish I was home right now.

When Mike dropped the “It would be best for her legacy for her to be assassinated before she starts to show.” line I was in tears laughing. I don’t think any other show makes me laugh that hard right now.

mike is my favorite character…when selina ran out of the room in last week’s episode and mike was just still going on with proposals, i lost it. that and the devil’s advocate scene…awesome.
