Westbrook has changed his playing style in the playoffs. Before the playoffs, he would try to force his way to the basket more often to draw contact, but he was getting more turnovers. Now he is stopping that drive to the basket short and taking jumpshots from the freethrow line. As result, his shooting percentage is up, his turnovers are down and his shots per game are up because those touches are now getting counted as a shot attempt vs a turnover on the way to the basket.

It’d really depend on her heart rate. If she was in the target heart rate during the sex, yes it’d be considered proper exercise.

no way to really know unless you are the one being drilled. cj, sg…is it a lot of exercise getting drilled? compare to working those hips up top, while you’re at it please

The more I read this post and comments the more I wonder how Tony Parker, who plays the exact same position as Westbrook, is not even mentioned

Because the author is completely infatuated with discussing individual matchups while never mentioning team coverages/rotations. That way, he can just see who each player is standing by when they cross half court and send out a tweet about Green “checking” Westbrook. And no, this doesn’t answer your question.

And when Rick Carlisle came up with it last year? And every NBA coach before that who had depth up front playing a team with big penetrating wings?

On the other hand, Duncan has mid-range game (or did against LAC) to pull Ibaka out from the basket. They are going to have to play both those guys a lot if they want to stop Parker/Ginobli from getting to the rim.
