Tom Lawlor’s Genki Sudo/Buckethead Tribute at the UFC on FUEL 3 Weigh-Ins
Tom Lawlor takes on Jason McDonald at tonight’s UFC on FUELTV 3 event. Lawlor is just 3-3 in the UFC, but he’s still been able to endear himself to the fans by incorporating some of the most unique and memorable walk-outs in UFC history. At UFC 100, the biggest card in the sport’s history, Lawlor walked to the cage with Seth Petruzelli (the guy who knocked out Kimbo on CBS) and Who Let The Dogs Out playing.
He’s come out dressed like Steve Seagal, Hulk Hogan, Apollo Creed, Dan Sevrin, the Just Bleed Guy, and now, Genki Sudo. Genki is a retired Japanese fighter (and performer) who excelled in elaborate entrances, including one where he dressed as former Guns N’ Roses guitarist Buckethead.
The UFC put together some highlights of Lawlor’s previous entrances. Below the video is the full lineup for tonight’s card.

LOL, Lawlor is a trip I love that guy. If the UFC can steal some of the old showmanship that made boxing so popular in it’s day, it can own the fight game for a long time. It already does but I mean put it in a rear naked choke and get boxing to tap out, if no kids are growing up wanting to be boxers guess what there will be no more boxing.
