LeBron James Wins Third MVP Award
Not that there was much intrigue, but LeBron James has been selected as the 2012 NBA MVP, even without Bill Simmons having a vote. It is the third MVP Award for James, who also won in 2009 and 2010. The only reason James wouldn’t win is because people get bored and try to come up with reasons not to give it to him, and he led the league in Win Shares for the fourth straight time this year.
He shot a career high 53.1% from the floor and 36.2% from 3-point range, while also averaging 7.9 rebounds and 6.2 assists per game. In addition, he played great defense guarding every position on the floor at times, and finished in the top 5 in defensive player of the year voting.
Somewhat amazingly, 36 of 121 voters thought someone other than LeBron was the MVP. The rest of the top five in the voting were Kevin Durant finishing second, followed by Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, and Tony Parker.

LeBron is easily the best player in the world and I just don;t get why people “hate” him. So he left Cleveland because Cleveland sucks. Who gives a fucking shit?

And before some retard comes along saying “no rings, no rings lol,” he is 27 years old. he has ~10 more years and will probably win one. So shut the heck up, people. Just enjoy witnessing greatness instead of tearing it down.
