I saw a dude eat one in the face once at the Jake. He was badly bloodied up. Always keep your eye on the ball.

the fucking problem with baseball is there’s so many opportunities to get distracted by something more interesting

there are not many who go to a stadium to sit mesmerized by the action. you go for the game and the sights and the refreshments and the friends/family

maybe just don’t sit where foul balls are hit regularly
