I’m a Nebraska alum and I can tell you that Perlman doesn’t speak for all of us. He’s not going to get what he wants on this issue. He’s swimming upstream to no avail. What strikes me about this article is the comments by Jayhawk fans. Do you realize that your football program is arguably the worst team in a BCS conference? LOL. Stick to what you know Jayhawks which would not be football. A Chickenhawk fan who says he’s ok with college football just disappearing doesn’t surprise me. That would improve the overall appearance of KU athletics. LOL

Lol, Nebraska arguing to preserve the rich history of the Rose Bowl they’ve been involved with for nearly a fifth of a decade. Worrying about “corporate events” while selling jersey logos to the highest bidding shoe company. Seemingly every day I’m a little more OK with college football just disappearing from my field of vision.
