Jockey Robby Albarado Arrested on Domestic Violence Charge in Kentucky

Jockey Robby Albarado has been arrested for domestic violence. Police served Albarado with a warrant for fourth-degree assault at his home this morning. Albarado was was scheduled to ride in today’s Kentucky Oaks at Churchill Downs, but will be replaced. A year ago, Albarado was arrested for attacking and choking his wife. Charges were dismissed as he plead to interfering with a witness. Albarado was scheduled to ride tomorrow, but was not going to be a part of the Kentucky Derby.

Needs more jokes about scratches on her legs being the evidence. If I didn’t get that from the comments on his arrest last year, I don’t know where I got it
