Ok random question- it has gotten to the point for me where I am waking up EVERY single night with my right hand being completely numb. Apparantly I am sleeping on my arm or something? I wake up, cant feel my hand, and I jolt up and just wait for the feeling to slowly come back. It’s starting to freak me out. Should I be worried?

Depends, I got back problems, and this happens to me from time to time. but you could just be sleeping on your arm weird, and cutting off the cirulation in a certain position.

really sucks, because it’s wakes you from your sleep, especially 2-3 times an nite
