Rajon Rondo Suspended for Game Two of Celtics-Hawks, So Boston’s Down 0-2, Right?
Rajon Rondo got the one-game suspension everyone knew was coming, and now Boston’s starting backcourt for game two against the Hawks will probably be Keyon Dooling and Avery Bradley. Ray Allen’s listed as doubtful (ankle).
Hey, remember Saturday afternoon? Derrick Rose went down and the knee-jerk sofa analysts went wild – Boston had an easy path to the Eastern Conference finals! And Boston owns Miami, so … Boston could get back to the Finals!
Well, that’s still possible … the Celtics will just need a heroic performance from Paul Pierce to prevent an 0-2 deficit against the Hawks. Considering Rondo drives the offense and is a terrific defensive player, my game two guess: Atlanta 94, Boston 78.
Oh, and Bill Simmons broke out the investigative hat and monocle and tweeted this video earlier. Wonder if Marc Davis will call another Atlanta-Boston game in this series?

Because they took 1 game from a worse Heat team in last years playoffs?

Definitely not afraid to perpetuate his own whiny reputation. He may now have all the bag of dicks.

Well, we are talking about the Atlanta Hawks, so this is no sure thing.

Seriously. If not for the horrendous foul call that led to this the Hawks likely blow a 30 point lead at home.

Yup, and let’s also not forget about the regular season game (yes I know the playoffs are like a different season, but still) where the Celtics almost won despite not having Allen, Garnett, Pierce, or Rondo. Never count the Hawks out when it comes to giving away a game they should win. Especially if Josh Smith is showing confidence in his jumper.

Hawks may be over-confident without Rondo in there and have a let-down, seen it a million times. Hawks still favored, especially if Joe Johnson can have a decent game.

Is that a bag of dicks like a bag of pressed chicken parts or is it a bag of dicks like a paper bag with baguettes sticking out?

Is this a thing?

I like my bag of dicks to have room to breathe. Fresher is better.

J-Mac eschews the monocle for an over-sized novelty magnifying glass.
However, it was unhelpful when examining the McNair crime scene.

That last foul – a stiff arm is only legal in the NFL. Not sure what that homer announcer was so upset about.
