In addition to the RB stat, only four of the top 20 passers are from SEC schools (Stafford, Manning, Cutler, Scam Blewton).

So when Manning the Elder comes back, it’ll be 5 of 32. What is the Pac 12 (who I assume has a lot)? What about the Big 10? Which conference has the most?

You’d have to see what the success rate is compared to how many players from the conference were drafted to make this statement, yet I’m going to make it anyway — maybe, just maybe, the reason SEC defenses are considered to be so good is because the conference doesn’t really produce a ton of elite offensive guys?
