Brandon Meriweather Arrested For Drunk Driving

Brandon Meriweather was arrested at 2:54 this morning in Arlington County, Virginia under suspicion of DWI, according to Arlington Now. He refused a breathalyzer after failing a field sobriety test. Meriweather signed with the Redskins six weeks ago.

Based on his history, we can only assume that Meriweather didn’t actually merit this arrest, much like his two pro bowl nods. Probably got it based on reputation. If I’m his lawyer, I’m showing game film where he takes bad angles all the time to explain the field sobriety test results.
