Ballin’: Kevin Durant Met JaVale McGee at the Rim, and Kevin Durant Won
Oklahoma City 101, Denver 106: With the win, the Nuggets lock up a first-round date with the Lakers. JaVale McGee vs. Andrew Bynum? Where do I sign up?
Oh, and Serge Ibaka did this to Corey Brewer’s dunk attempt.
Washington 96, Cleveland 85: The Wizards have won five in a row!
Charlotte 95, Orlando 102: The Bobcats kept it interesting – like I predicted – but lost again to fall to 7-58. That’s 22 straight defeats. Futility awaits.
New York 99, LA Clippers 93: Guess the Paper Clips aren’t concerned with home court advantage in the first round? Chris Paul sat out (groin) and the Clippers fell to the 5th seed in the West. Memphis leads LA by 1/2 game, and almost certainly will beat hapless Orlando tonight to have home court advantage against the Clippers. Kind of feels like the Clippers went hard 2-3 weeks ago, but then went into cruise control over the last week.
Phoenix 110, San Antonio 106: Steve Nash’s final game in Phoenix? You had a good run, Steve.

fantastic tank job by the cavs. hope them lotto balls got some good karma and the cavs get the no. 1 pick again!
April 26th, 2012 at 10:53 AM
I really hope Nash doesn’t go to the Heat next year.
April 26th, 2012 at 10:54 AM
No. They would have lost with home court advantage anyway.

Cavs still gotta lose to the Bulls. Given that, they’ll have secured a top 5 pick and a 12.1% chance of winning the lottery.

Kobe definitely had an assistant totaling up Durant’s scoring so he knew exactly how much he needed to win the scoring title, right?
Kevin Durant finished at 28.030. If Kobe scores 38 tonight, he finishes at 28.034. If Kobe scores between 34 and 42, it will end as the closest race ever.

clueless Ben, clueless as ever.

I am all up for keeping him if they bring in Ray Allen and KG. Anything short of creating a 1999 All star team then fare thee well Steve. Bring back the DRAGON!!!!!!!!!!

Damnit! I apologize.

His price tag has gone up a bit since the Lowry injury, no?
April 26th, 2012 at 11:06 AM
Bobcats will have 25% chance to win the lotto.
Wizards will have 20%
Cavs, Kings & Hornets will have 12%
** 81% chance Davis will go to a team above **
Nets, Raptors will have 5%
Warriors will have 3%
Pistons will have 2%

Kobe scores 38 tonight, he finishes at 28.034.
Put me down for 38+
April 26th, 2012 at 11:07 AM
Not necessarily. You’re right on the first point, but they could end up as low as 8th if they get really unlucky.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:08 AM
I meant you’re right on the second point (12%)
April 26th, 2012 at 11:08 AM
9-11 million a year is what I figure. Which is fine. It would be just like taking Nashs contract and adding 4 years. That would still leave Phoenix with enough money to make a run at Gordon.

TBL Ballin’ is amazing for my short attention span…
DUNKS, BLOCKS, & NO ANALYSIS!!!
April 26th, 2012 at 11:11 AM
100%, even if he has to take 50 shots to get there.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:14 AM
My irrelevant, not that irrelevant.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:15 AM
So if he scores 37 he finishes at 28.029? or does he tie Durant at 28.030?
April 26th, 2012 at 11:16 AM
I don’t think anyone plays Kobe better than Afflalo.
And I’d be surprised if Kobe plays much tonight.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:16 AM
But he’ll be able to link this in the Ballin post tomorrow as proof of his superior foretelling abilities.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:17 AM
My, my, talk about crazy eyes.
I also found it funny that the 2nd related video is the frog sitting on a bench.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:21 AM
Fuck crazy. I’d pound it til those eyes were insane.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:26 AM
Not necessarily.
Sorry for the error. A whole shit show would have to go down for them to end at 8 (at best 0.6%, or less than 1%). Yeah I could see them ending up 6. The odds are less than 3.5% they’d end up at 7.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:27 AM
Did anyone see the way that Javale bumped Durant after that dunk? I’m shocked that there aren’t any Lakers fans in here shocked that KD didn’t viciously elbow Javale in the head. I mean, clearly, he was instigating and asking for it, and therefore deserved it.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:28 AM
My, my, talk about crazy eyes.
I can’t see that link at work but I’ll presume that’s the Fiona Apple video for Criminal
April 26th, 2012 at 11:32 AM
If we don’t get top 1 or 2, I wouldn’t care about getting 8 honestly. I think Terrence Jones would still be there, and his salary would be cheaper.
April 26th, 2012 at 11:45 AM
Davis, Kidd-Gil, Beal are my 3 targets, I think somebody would grab Robinson early so I’d prefer to stay in top 4.
April 26th, 2012 at 12:02 PM
Knicks vs. Heat.
//Knicks in 6
April 26th, 2012 at 2:02 PM
If Denver loses and Dallas wins tonite, that’s not accurate.
