A Giant Dog Because It’s a Giant Dog
The world’s largest dog is quite obviously what you’re soaking in here, and his name is “Giant George.”
George stands four-feet-tall at the shoulder and seven-foot three-inches on his hind legs. The hungry fella consumes 180 pounds of food a month and sleeps on a queen sized mattress. As he should.
Hero? Hero.
Additionally, this post has the ‘mascot’ tag because, well, this dog needs to be a mascot.

I want to see video of him barking at the UPS guy. That would be heart-stopping if you didn’t expect him to be there

I’m surprised he doesn’t weigh more. He looks fat for a Great Dane

Unless he’s capable of speaking on the phone, I’m not impressed.

‘All the things that make Great Danes wonderful pets — their lack of aggression and their attachment to humans — make them more emotionally sensitive than other dogs.
big, stupid pussy who’ll die before he’s 6. I bet he wishes he could speak human so he could tell them how much his back hurts.

Joke’s on you, Dirt, he’s already 6

Here’s my dog and girlfriend on Conan. This seems like an appropriate thread for it

the joke is on him, because he’s about living on borrowed time.

He’ll live on forever through his Guinness World Record certificate. Just like those fat twins on motorcycles whose names no one knows.

we have two GDs down the streeet from us. fucking things look like deer in peripheral vision. these two are the couple’s second pair, at least. they saw us outside playing with the kids one day and they and their GD obedience group came over and asked if they could use our kids to help train the dogs to sit still. we said yes of course and got some fun pics

For some reason last night I was reading an AV Club comments thread where they were talking about horrible shit they used to look at on the Internet and somebody brought up some guy on rotten.com that had his face ripped off from just below his eyeballs down to his throat in a motorcycle accident. I felt compelled to look that up and a few other terrible things that got mentioned. I regret it a little bit now but, MS, your mention of motorcycles and terrible things on top of motorcycles brought it all roiling back to the surface for me

sounds like when everybody ever realized that Faces of Death was actually full of people/things actually dying, and that whoever they were, they were actually watching it.
The internet used to be all still photos. But it was gross and porn-y almost immediately.

Stark, you want to feel real good about yourself? Go to charonboat.com. All it shows is pictures of dead people, whether by accident, suicide, or murder.
The tag line of the website, “Enjoy life” or “appreciate life” or something to that effect, cracks me up.

conan’s face is fucked up, whether by plastic surgery or makeup or both
April 15th, 2012 at 7:17 PM
Ogrish I’ve seen before. Including last night. I’m not familiar with charonboat but I think I may have gotten my fill for a little while

ogrish turned into liveleak
April 15th, 2012 at 7:23 PM
I know how you feel stark. Websites like charonboat, ogrish, and lemonparty all stand as striking reminders that you must tread carefully on the internet. Because once you see something, you can’t unsee it. If and when I have a son, that will likely be my first bit of computer related advice to him.

Too much hemorrhoid cream.

Holy shit, that’s a huge cute dog!

you can’t unsee it.
i can handle stills way more than video, blood more than fractures. but you don’t really need those sites for a jolt. just search open fractures or burns or whatever and hit images

You forgot a “f*ck” or two.

Well naturally you can find just about anything to tickle your morbid side with a simple Google search, but website such as those gather them in one place and are less slapdash than a Google search.
And as bad as things like fractures and open wounds are, once you see a person who was killed by a gunshot wound to the head and you see how brain matter is essentially just leaking out of the poor bastard’s skull onto his shoulder and the the car seat….well that sort of sticks with you.
