That’s because centers are just so much more valuable and can change a line so much more. There’s a reason James Neal is an elite goal scorer all of a sudden, the same reason Robbie Brown was one.

Ovi is going to destroy the KHL in a few years though I will give him that.

Crosby does a lot more for his team than Ovie does for his. He just does.

And I respect both players despite the fact that I love going to games and getting drunk and screaming about how much both of them suck. But that Sid/Ovi fight is over and Sid won, decisively.

Doesn’t mean I don’t have to stop hating the Caps though.
Neither team is getting out of the first round so it doesn’t matter. Caps need to get blown up and rebuilt with a real coach.

Understand the Cap hate completely.

I think Dale Hunter could be a good coach, but you know he looks at these guys and sees, maybe, a handful of guys he actually can coach in the way he wants. They have talent, but they are all discombobulated.

Blues Game – St. Louis was dominating through most of both OT’s and had a bunch of chances to win but couldn’t find the back of the net. When the Sharks scored it was the first sustained pressure during overtime. The same was true of their second goal in regulation. The Blues really dominated the whole game, but the Sharks made the most of their chances, while the Blues squandered many of theirs.
