Peggy won the episode in that scene. Great stuff.

The way she jokingly flirts with Roger and Roger has no time to have any of it “Get your feet off of there, are you drunk?” Cracked me the up so much. Audible laughs.

Now she gets the world of problems that is Henry’s mother Paulina. She stresses to Sally the virtues of discipline and adulthood, while engrossing herself in titillating stories, stuffing her face with Bugles and keeping a sharpened kitchen knife next to her at night.

Nothing says “discipline” like giving a child a prescription sleeping pill. Between the creepy house the Francis’ live in and Paulina throwing her literal and figurative weight around, I would be surprised if Sally didn’t start experimenting with weed by her 15th birthday.

The hallucination was a step in a direction we’ve not seen from this show, but it was an interesting new way to show Don still battles (and loses) to his demons despite outwardly appearing as a happily married man.
