Yanks Abroad: Clint Dempsey Scores Twice For Fulham, Michael Bradley Scores For Chievo
Clint Dempsey scored twice for Fulham in their 3-0 romp over Bolton. He curled in a free kick for the first goal and headed in a cross for his second. That’s now 21 in all competitions. Michael Bradley also scored for Chievo in their 3-2 win over Catania becoming the first American to score in Serie A since Alexi Lalas. [Videos via 101 GG]

I’ll add that Eric Lichaj has started the last two games for Aston Villa, contributing a goal and an assist on a long throw-in against Chelsea and had a solid start defensively in a 1-1 draw against Liverpool today.
