Ryan Leaf Was Arrested on Drug & Burglary Charges Today … Two Days After Being Arrested and Released For the Same Thing
The legend of Ryan Leaf continues to grow. Leaf, the former first round NFL draft bust was arrested in Montana Monday morning after breaking into a home over the weekend to steal prescription drugs. This is not the same story that was run here over the weekend. From the Associated Press:
Central Montana Drug Force Commander Chris Hickman says Leaf was arrested early Monday in Great Falls and is facing charges of burglary, theft and two counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs. He also is being detained on a probation violation.
Yes, you read that correctly – Ryan Leaf was arrested Friday afternoon on drug and burglary charges. After being released, he broke into another home and was arrested again for the exact same thing. There are no words.

if you look up “someone to root for” in the dictionary…well, it’s still a picture of jimmy wilson, but it says “see also: leaf, ryan.”

I never would have guessed he had even that much production
If I’ve learned anything from Justified it’s that there’s good money to be made selling them to hill people

There are, like, 10 people living in Montana. If you get caught once on drug charges you’re going to be on the radar, dumb ass.

But they’re made by Pfizer and Merck, so they’re all good. Now weed? That shit is just TERRIBLE for you and society.

this is dumber than him spiking the ball in the rose bowl with one second left on the clock. it appears any knuckle-dragging, retard can gain admittance into the land grant college of washington state.
April 2nd, 2012 at 12:53 PM
yea, but only one cop and the state is YUUUUUGE.
April 2nd, 2012 at 12:54 PM
That’s a bummer, man.
April 2nd, 2012 at 12:54 PM
He actually had a couple great games early on. Then he kept breaking his collarbone and was garbage.

Go to an AA or NA; Mostly people 18-40.

This guy is a worse criminal than he is a QB. That’s pretty impressive if you ask me.
April 2nd, 2012 at 12:59 PM
Didn’t Montana have a thing where a thing where if you paid cash when pulled over they wouldnt give you a ticket?
April 2nd, 2012 at 12:59 PM
i bet he’s like Tommy Lee Jones in No Country for Old Men. always one step behind and very polite.

Pills, what are you a rich old white lady in a gated community? Knock it off. Start drinking enough whiskey to fuel a small army like a man and get your shit together.

“The ability to be faithful in a religious space and reasonable in a political one has atrophied before our eyes.”
Good read.

These county jail walls are funny. First you hate ‘em, then you get used to ‘em. A couple of days pass, gets so you depend on them. That’s institutionalized. They send you here to get processed, that’s exactly what they do. I know, I have been here twice in the last week.
April 2nd, 2012 at 1:02 PM
Wow.
April 2nd, 2012 at 1:03 PM
If only Leaf were a better QB, he’d be a sympathetic figure right now.
Hope he gets his shit together. Otherwise, he’ll be dead soon.

“The ability to be faithful in a religious space and reasonable in a political one has atrophied before our eyes.”
Interesting take. The writer makes some compelling points. So much I want to say, but this isn’t the place to say them. Let’s just say “things gotta change”, and leave it at that.

I still think heroin and crack own the top spots.
April 2nd, 2012 at 1:36 PM
Pretty sure nicotine is as addictive as heroin, actually.

There are, like, 10 people living in Montana. If you get caught once on drug charges you’re going to be on the radar, dumb ass. This reminds me of Thunderbolt and Lightfoot, which I just saw again over the weekend, in which Clint & co. pull the exact same robbery again a couple of years after the first one, and get away with it yet again.
April 2nd, 2012 at 2:07 PM
pretty sure caffeine is more addicting than either nicotine, opium or cocaine.
April 2nd, 2012 at 2:13 PM
Heroin withdrawals can kill you. Watching crack come on the scene and turn some of the finest women into rock stars overnight, watching a guy give away his van for for bottles, I’m going to rank heroin and crack at the top.
April 2nd, 2012 at 2:16 PM
it’s a very similar situation with the pain pills and amphetimines…only you can get these with a visit to a crooked doc legally.
they’re all on the same level of disgusting.
April 2nd, 2012 at 5:16 PM
Maybe he thought this qualified as double jeopardy?
