Here Are Videos of Kentucky Fans Rioting and Burning Couches
Kentucky beat rival Louisville last night to reach the NCAA Title Game. Reports of rioting emerged. Here are some videos. Smells like Morgantown.
Couch-less residents are going to feel really dumb if the Wildcats lose on Monday, or if they win.

More here. A word of warning, however, most of the videos autoplay. At the same time. Adjust your volume accordingly.
Incidentally, I was out and about in this last night, although, not in the “riot area.” The scene over at Woodland and Euclid was fairly calm. There were a bunch of people in the streets, and a heavy cop presence. Apparently, Lexington police don’t have enough manpower to patrol TWO areas of town. The area I was at (Woodland and Euclid for those familiar with Lex) was more party/have fun as opposed to rioting. The presence of a cops at every intersection has a way of deterring foolishness. Plus, they were allowing open containers.
The “riot” neighborhood is only a mile or two from where I was. Kinda surprised they can’t keep control of more than area…

Something got set on fire in Lawrence too but I didn’t get close enough to look at it.

Why would they go and burn the couches? Now they have to sleep on the floor.

Is that Shatner yelling “burn it!” in the first video? I will assume it is until proven otherwise

I figure Shatner was hiding in an underground bunker while cursing the Kentucky masses

There college kids. They didn’t pay for the couches so what do they care? Media calls in rioting when actually its just celebrating…. Stop the hate.
