It certainly looks as though Bobby Knight nodded off during College GameDay. Note the poke from Digger.

surprised Digger just didn’t let him sleep. I’m told that everyone at ESPN hates Knight.

I can’t really blame Knight, though, that looked like a pretty boring show

I enjoy the quick 10 second nap also. It is quite refreshing.

Bilas was not bailing him out.

it’s on for at least 5 more hours, too.

I ran into town to get bourbon, green onions, and crackers for the game tonight and both radio stations were already doing pregame stuff. I heard the one station interview Jason Sudeikis and Rob Riggle (KU people) and the other station was ridiculing the KSU hire. I pushed “cd” and rocked to the Drive-By Truckers on the way back home.

Know what would wake Knight up in such cases? A quick call on his cell phone.
Why has the General become TBL’s bete noir? Because of the whole hanging-up thing?

Now that is an interesting shopping list.
But if you’re gonna cook the meal, you should get to buy the groceries, I guess.

Dried beef dip for the game. Dry beef, cream cheese, green onions, um, some spices or something and BAM! Good stuff.

It does sound much tastier with the addition of the beef, cream cheese and spices.
Of course, the bourbon alone would make anything tasty.

See, It is just under six hours until gametime and I’m already into the bourbon. I knew I should have gotten it on the way to the place I’m watching the game later. Looks like the wife is driving both too and from today.

Knight is at his best when he is sleeping.
