I’ll always remember Michael Dickerson as the guy the Rockets picked instead of Rashard Lewis when Lewis was the hometown favorite. I think they also picked Bryce Drew in that first round and some dude from Turkey I never heard of again.

I was a ref for the city and I would have to ref over 40 basketball leagues…did you know that when you’re over 40 and you miss a shot badly it is always because you were fouled? Not because you suck at basketball, but because you were fouled..it is a lesson I learned the hard way..

We had a 3 seconds call at our gym the other day…it did not go over well. Even his own teammates were given him shit (but mostly because he gear was weak and his haircut was played out).

I usually solve this problem by playing behind and leaning/elbowing/annoying the person. Then when they say “What’s your problem?” I’ll say “Get out of the lane” and it polices itself.

Yep, this is how I play as well. I know I’m not playing nba ball, pick up will always have contact involved in it.

God…I hate the old guys who foul the shit out of you, yet get pissed when you call them on it, and then on the other end they call every little fucking thing. Fuck you, old man, I’m going to go all Rip Hamilton on a bitch and make you chase me around the court until your heart gives out.
