Kevin Love and J.J. Barea Had to Be Separated By Teammates In the Huddle After Exchanging Words

The Minnesota Timberwolves have lost three straight games and are two games out of the 8th spot in the Western Conference playoffs. Last night, Kevin Love and J.J. Barea exchanged words in the huddle during the Timberwolves’ game against the Sacramento Kings. Love, who is listed at 6′ 10″, 260-pounds and Barea, who is listed at 6′ 0″, 175, had to be separated by teammates. Who knows what would have happened if nobody stepped in. And who knows what this means for the Wolves’ season now that Rubio is gone and tempers are flaring.

Yeah, but you don’t get that much credit for apologizing after stepping on someone’s head. I might be completely wrong (probably am) – just seems inconsistent w/everything I’ve read/heard about him over past few years. Maybe being on that team is wearing on him.
