Ohio Upsets #4 seed Michigan 65-60
THE Ohio University upset Michigan to advance as the 13 seed in the Midwest Region. It wasn’t easy in the final seconds, but D.J. Cooper played his heart out for the Bobcats, and they led most of the game.
With a 3 point lead in the final minute, Nick Kellogg stepped out of bounds for Ohio. Then, a questionable call on a rebound that went out of bounds gave it back to Michigan with a chance to tie.
Another miss, another rebound by Ohio, but another ball out of bounds, and another chance. But with time running out inside 10 seconds, Evan Smotrycz dribbled the ball off his foot getting ready for a tying three. Final: Ohio 65, Michigan 60.
First Missouri, now Michigan two hours later. Madness has begun.

So this is obviously the end of Beilein referring to OSU as “Ohio.” Does Hoke stick with it?

I don’t thing either of them will stop until the pig casualty from the Michigan/Ohio war finds a true home.
