ha. If I’d known I;d have gifted you a bunch. Won a few dozen at an outing for long drive and something else (humblebrag). I keep them inside for putting.

I like some the HOT HX BITE and such for a cheaper ball. The R&D cost and intent was to make it a pro-v competitor but it never got traction so it got marked down to the $20-$25 range. It’s a good alternative if you arent shelling out big bucks.

a lot of the non-premium balls are pretty fucking good these days. the burner tour’s were real nice, the nxt’s are solid but the non-premium ball i like the best is the nike pd soft. that thing’s better than their $45/doz 20xi ball.

I’m down to losing around 3-4 balls per round, so I don’t mind shelling out for better ones. Although, NXT’s aren’t ProV’s

ALthough every once in a while I go all Tin Cup and plunk 10 balls into the drink cause I’m too stupid and stubborn to admit I can’t crank it over the water anymore.

Every time out on the course now I’m finding about 4 balls (tossing back anything that isn’t ProV/Penta/ZStar/TourI/B330 for every one I lose. I’m building quite a collection.

i lost a callaway hex black when it plugged somewhere in the fairway (those piss you off the most) but in the process of looking, found a prov1 and prov1x…did a lil dance.
