Pierre Garcon Announces He is Signing With Washington
Pierre Garcon just announced via twitter that he will be signing with the Washington Redskins. He, sadly, provided no details on the deal.
In so doing, he goes from the team likely to draft one elite college quarterback prospect to the other.
Washington was impacted by the recent ruling about forfeiting cap space, but still had enough to acquire Garcon, and has signed the free agent wide receiver to catch passes from Robert Griffin III.

$8M a year is kinda expensive for a guy that never had a 1,000 yard season with 18. Still, Skins needed a WR. He might not be a #1, but he’ll be productive enough to be a #2.
