Missouri has never even made a Final Four. a little something to keep in mind for the chokiest of chokers from the show me state.

The problem with a lot of these stats (didnt read the article) but KenPom in particular is it doesnt take into account when the game was played. I’d like to see a ranking based on the last month (or even 2). Doesnt seem like games played in Nov/Dec are relevant anymore.

What if they actually think that’s how it will play out? Should they have some 3 seed in their so they can be edgy?

They should have 3 seeds if they see it happening that way. If they want to say after doing their job and analyzing for months that the tourney will go all chalk that is fine, but it never does. Some top seeds are going to fall and not make it out of the first weekend. Also, these analysts pick chalk every single year, maybe look closer at the match-ups and see why it rarely happens.

Why don’t you get on the same page as everyone else in this world and refer to high seeds as 12-16 and low seeds as 1-4?

I thought that was interesting, but I will in no way shape or form go through percentage of possessions on which turnovers were forced of each team to fill out my bracket. Although, I do think Marquette is fraudy fraud and I have mixed feelings on Syracuse. However, those feeling don’t come from percentage of possessions on which turnovers were forced.
