John Heyman and Will Carroll have also defended Braun. In fact, Carroll’s sources told him that at the aribitration, Braun’s team was able to replicate the positive test result by storing a specimen in conditions similar to those the test sample was stored in. But why include that information in this blog entry when they don’t fit your theory of guilt?

Doesn’t mean he’s innocent, but it’s also not quite as open and shut as TBL wants to believe.

I look at this like I look at the Casey Anthony trial — do I think Casey Anthony killed her kid? Yeah, but there wasn’t enough evidence to convict her. Do I think Ryan Braud used ped’s?

More than enough evidence was presented to convict Casey Anthony. She got off because of a lazy, distracted jury who wanted to go home. Likewise, Braun is guilty, but obviously of a much lesser offense.
