JaVale McGee Offered Up Perhaps the Greatest Goaltend of All Time
The Washington Wizards have a putrid record of 7-26. They are flat-out awful, and no player on the team embodies the spirit of not giving a shit quite like center JaVale McGee. At times, young JaVale and his tireless motor can be found favoring impromptu wind sprints over halfcourt sets. Tonight, he opted to deliver a vicious volleyball spike into the stands that would make Karch Kiraly do the worm.
The only clearer way to illustrate such burning dissatisfaction would have been for McGee to steal the ball from his own teammate and dunk one home for the Kings. Given the type of season this team is experiencing, it’s a wonderfully fitting way for the Wizards to sail into the All-Star break.

The best part is the announcer’s voice at the end: “aaaand….he comes right out of the game.”
Ah, JaVale…the personification of everything that plagues DC sports.
