Boston University Hockey Player Max Nicastro Arrested For Alleged Sexual Assault
Max Nicastro, a junior defenseman for Boston University was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with sexual assault. From the BU Today:
He said the incident is alleged to have happened on campus. Nicastro, who was accused of sexual assault by a female student, was arrested on the Charles River Campus at 6:30 a.m. He is being held on $25,000 cash bail, and will be arraigned in Brighton District Court on Tuesday.
Nicastro has been suspended from the team and the University will investigate the incident to see if there was a “violation of the code of student conduct.” Max Nicastro was selected by the Red Wings in the 2008.
