[UPDATE: I may have done some reading between the lines. Apparently, Chandella hasn't been fired.]

This week Octagon girl Chandella Powell disappeared from the UFC as rumors surfaced that she had previously taken part in softcore pornography. Last night Powell returned to Twitter to apologize to her fans and confirm her departure from the UFC employer. From Twitter:

When you are young, you often don’t realize that your actions have consequences. I made a bad decision about ten years ago, but you learn from these moments. There is nothing I can do to change the past, and believe me, if I could, I would. That decision doesn’t represent who I am today. All I can do now is put the past behind me and move forward. I am sorry to disappoint any of my fans and my family at Zuffa. I love you guys : )

Chandella never got a fair shake as an Octagon girl. Now she’s unceremoniously dumped in trouble because of something she did a long time ago that isn’t even illegal. The UFC has yet to address the situation.
