Was really pathetic watching Gasol disappear in Game 7 of the 2010 NBA finals and then letting everyone blame the Lakers performance on Kobe.

He sucked in last years playoffs, and in the first Finals against the Celtics. That being said, I still don’t want to trade him. Especially for Derrick Williams.

If he wasn’t getting punked in every other game in that series, it wouldn’t have gone 7. Thank goodness for him Perkins didn’t play Game 7.

Manning is one of the best QBs to ever play in the NFL, not a flash-in-the-pan (so far) PG.

He’s a 37 year old QB who hasn’t played in a year, and we’ve been getting hit non-stop since the season ended about whether or not he’s going to get cut. That’s a month straight, how many new angles can you come up with this story?

Also, I guess the Colts would have to be based in NYC for people to come on here and whine about Irsay/Manning getting too much play on ESPN and everywhere else. At least Jeremy is Lin season.

Gasol disappears from games quite often, but he also bails out Kobe more often than most people will admit.

being in the right spot for offensive rebounds at the end of a few games doesn’t make up for games and weeks where he disappears.

can’t help but feel like you would enjoy the NBA more if it was a great big “1 on 1″ tournament with each team consisting only of a shooting guard.

I like a good balance of offense and defense. I’m just not one of those guys who look at scorers as if they’re cursed.
