A high school basketball coach in Indiana was charged today with one count of public indecency and a Class A misdemeanor following his arrest yesterday afternoon in which a police officer discovered the coach “in a state of nudity” inside his vehicle alongside a clothed 17-year-old female in the passenger seat.

In this particular case, a “state of nudity” — which could really mean any number of things — equates to unzipped pants and exposed genitals, otherwise known as creepy Sunday afternoons at the park.

Officials for Martinsville High School have already stated that the coach, 65-year-old Timothy Wolf, has retired from the school district effective immediately.

He faces up to one year in prison and a $5,000 fine upon a conviction.
