Somebody has to have pointed out Davis’ eyebrows to Davis himself, right? I don’t see how he isn’t aware of how absurd he looks.

His mom was wearing a “Brow Down” T-Shirt to the UK-FL game this weekend. He is aware of it. He shaved/plucked/otherwise dealt with it for Midnight Madness but has let it grow back in. I suspect it doesn’t hamper his efforts with the ladies at UK who worship the hoopsters…otherwise, he would keep it manicured.

I guess it was more mid-90s for Penny. Was thinking his injuries didn’t start till 2000, but he was dinged up before then.
Could’ve been an all-timer.

those teams with him, Shaq, Nick Anderson and Dennis Scott were fun to watch. wasn’t it soon after that he started getting hurt?

I guess I shouldn’t have said there wasn’t “any” that would consider him the best player. Clearly there were and are. My mistake. Hell, there are still people that think Kobe is the best player in today’s NBA.

That said, he wasn’t the best. Shaq at least was better than him.

Possibly. Did his teams get swept by the Jazz? I can’t remember. Doesn’t say anything about him as an individual player, I just can’t remember them having success vs. Utah at the height of Stockton and Malone’s powers.
