Medium-sized city douchbaggery (Boston, Philly) has a more pathetic feel to it than big-city douchbaggry (NY, LA).

Dennis lives in my hometown and I am around the same age as his daughter. Without getting into much detail, this is pretty consistent with what I’ve heard about him. He’d be a dbag in any city.
