On Sunday night, Edmonton’s Taylor Hall scored the game-winning goal in overtime to snap a 5-game losing streak. Tonight, during warmups, Hall stepped on a puck, fell to the ice and had a teammate step on his face. While you can’t see the cut or the blood in this video, it’s still difficult to watch.

You’ll be happy to know that Hall did not go to the hospital. A plastic surgeon stitched him at the arena. He did not play, which I’m sure will earn him some ribbing at practice tomorrow. Hall was the first pick in the 2010 NHL draft.
