Al Horford Will Miss 3-4 Months With a Torn Pectoral Muscle
Al Horford will miss the next three to four months with a torn pectoral muscle. The Atlanta Hawks big man and 2-time All-Star, will likely require surgery. Suddenly, it’s going to be a very rough season for the Atlanta Hawks as he is likely to miss the entire regular season and a return during the playoffs isn’t likely.
The Hawks are currently 7-4 and the 6-seed in the Eastern Conference. With more than 80% of the season remaining it is still early in the year, but the loss of Horford is going to hurt in a shortened season where depth is everything. Horford is in the top 5 for the Hawks in scoring, rebounding, assists, blocks, steals and minutes.

Typical CT bullshit. Police Sgt in Windsor Locks, CT is fired for being 1st on scene of his son’s (an off duty police officer) accident which killed a 15 yr old boy riding a bike at midnight. The off duty cop was not only scene, but video tape at bars show he had been drinking all day. The police sgt., his father, removed him from the scene and refused to allow authorities to conduct a sobriety test. The Sgt. who was fired now wants to keep his pension and was on administrative leave for a year earning $75,000. Awesome. No wonder we are in trouble as a state.

Same injury for Kwame Brown, but you won’t read about it here! East coast bias.

I don’t think you’d read it anywhere but the SF Chronicle, Contra Costa Times, or the SJ Mercury News.
