Jacksonville Jaguars to Hire Mike Mularkey
Rejoice, Atlanta Fans! According to Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union, the Jacksonville Jaguars are going to hire Atlanta offensive coordinator Mike Mularkey. Mularkey previously served as head coach for Buffalo for two seasons in 2004-2005, going 14-18. He will now take his talents in teaching Matt Ryan how to throw a pass beyond five yards, and spread that bit of sunshine to Blaine Gabbert, he of the league low 5.4 yards per attempt.

Team should draft a QB. Gabbert looked terrible and yes, I know he didn’t have many weapons but his arm looks incredibly weak, he could never throw it downfield with anything on it, and i’m talking 15 yards.

What a bunch of Mularkey.

Let me get this straight. You think that your client, one of the wealthiest, most powerful men in the world, is secretly a vigilante who spends his nights beating criminals to a pulp with his bare hands; and your plan, is to *blackmail* this person?
Lucius Fox: Good luck.
From a Bills fan, Good luck.

I agree RobJules but where are they drafting? They might be better off sucking another year if their ain’t a QB worth drafting

Mularky is slang for bullshit, right? Pass revoked, Private Bullshit.

Dang. Jacksonville continues its slide to irrelevance. Happy trails!

Lisk, who do you think are the leading candidates to replace him? Please don’t say Martz or Schottenheimer.

Malarkey survived all 10 episodes of Band of Brothers. He’s okay in my book.

As a Dolphins fan, I’m glad they hired Mularkey. Sources were saying he might go to the Phins, glad he didn’t. Offense is boring and predictable.

+ freakin 1.
LOL

Let’s be fair here – he was 9-7 in ’04 with Bledsoe, and 5-11 in ’05 with JP Losman/Kelly Holcomb. That ’04 season was the only winning season the Bills have had this millennium.

Hell to the fucking yes. Mularkey is stuck in the 1990s. The NFL isn’t what he wants it to be. He’s a solid coach, but he reached his ceiling with Ryan. Now we need to find out if Ryan has reached his ceiling, too.
