You mean the lesson we learned this year? With Knile Davis out? Who BTW, is coming back. Look, if we get DGB, I think what Arkansas will “trot out” with Hamilton, him, and Wade will be alright. Even if we don’t get him, Hamilton is a stud, and Wade has the potential to be one. If we improve on defense, protection, and running the ball that could more than make up for the hit we take at receiver. A lot depends on DGB, though, and the possibility that South Carolina improves and Bama and LSU don’t take as big a step back as I hope

Precisely. It just doesn’t work like that, especially with young talent (say you get DGB). Either way, that’s a whole lot of IF’s right there, and not exactly top 10 material if you ask me.

Florida’s defense will be nasty next year but that offense will be a pile of suck though. Sadly, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Cocktail Party revert back to form.

Florida could have the best defense in football next year. LSU will probably take that title, but UF will be NASTY on D. Too bad their offense will be equally as bad.

Arkansas loses like every WR they have next year right? The same WR’s who won a couple of games for them this year. I don’t see it. They won’t be good enough on offense next year to make up for their defensive issues. They’ll be ok, but Top 10? Nah.
