Darwin Cook Was Surprised to Find Out the Orange Bowl Mascot He Tackled Was a Girl

Darwin Cook had one of the coolest plays of the bowl season when he took the ball 99-yards for a touchdown against Clemson. After scoring, Cook tackled the Orange Bowl mascot, Obie. In the below video, a reporter tells Cook that Obie is a young female. Cook’s reaction is priceless. He seemed shocked and appeared to look guilty. Luckily, Obie and Cook made up with a much less violent hug.
