This is getting zero coverage in the sports media right now. I turned on Daily News Live on Comcast Philly last night, a program Conlin used to be on a lot, and they did lead the show with the news. But I have not seen a mention of this anywhere else. ESPN? That BBWAA statement makes me sick to my stomach.

I really don’t know anything about this guy but here’s a question for any parents that might answer: why the fuck would you ever let your kid(s) stay over night with their adult “friend”? Isn’t that really creepy that they have an adult friend in the first place and now they want time alone out of your field of view? That just seems weird to me
