the 2010 team that went 7-5, dildo (8-5 if you count the bowl win vs penn state, which who does?). the one with no tebow, never should have been preseason top ten ranked, the one where urban quit. i think losing a player like tebow, harvin, etc takes a little pressure off you the next year.

But a lot of the problems against Ohio State were play-calling. Mattison uses tendencies and play percentages very aggressively. Scouting Ohio State’s offense, there were a lot of situations where they would almost always run over the entire season but passed against Michigan. It was more of a credit to OSU and Miller for adjusting and changing things up successfully.

I misread what he said. I thought he said best combo, not best outright. Though honestly, I think I’d still take the Tenn kids, but as Sean Jean said, that could be because I see them in action more as they chuck the ball around a lot more. Randle is good, but he doesn’t have a partner in crime that can compare to what Tenn has. Some draft dude on twitter (take w/ grain of salt) has Randle leaning towards the draft. While that would be retarded, it would hurt LSU a lot as he’s their only deep threat. Beckham is more of a slot guy. LSU is going to be scary good against next year, though. Their DL depth is almost laughable
