Did you really just say that you’d rather have Bledsoe than Gordon?

You’d rather have a good young point guard coming off of knee surgery (that’s why they claimed Billups…..) than a great young shooting guard who may be the best 2 in the NBA under 30?

And yeah, waiving Billups idea. Pretty bad, too.

Again, Bledsoe is recovering from knee surgery and Chris Paul has his own knee injury history.

The Clips can use a cheap, veteran point guard still.

TBL, I disagree with you on rather having Bledsoe than Gordon, but I fully agree that the Hornets are better off bottoming out. In the NBA, there’s no point to assembling a mediocre team year after year and drafting in the 12-16 range. It’s better to totally tank for a year or two and hope to hit on some top 5 picks (which is a risky proposition in its own right).
