It might have been that one, but I can’t recall. Everyone interviewed for the Rolling Stone piece mentioned how Eddie was still living in the house that he and Valerie Bertinelli used to live in. That he converted the garage into a studio and when you step in there, all there is is completely full ash trays, broken glass, and the smell of dirt because Eddie never cleans or showers.

They’ve been together with this lineup for three years now, apparently the stage presence is a lot different now because Wolfgang is just a kid and Eddie is old but the music is supposed to still be outstanding and Roth is as good as he ever was. I have genuine hope for it, hopefully it will erase the Gary Fucking Charone era from my memory forever.

he Rolling Stone article on Eddie earlier this year was eye opening. He is messed up in the head. It doesn’t sound like he takes care of himself at all. I’m surprised that he’s still alive.

The City of Fountains is rad. Great BBQ, friendly midwesterners, the novelty of walking across a street and being in another state with later bar hours…solid gold. And Arrowhead is a palace of footballitude.
